Key Responsibilities

Own processes related to internal operational areas, including risk assessments and audit plans
Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Support federal and state audits and develop policy and procedure documents


Required Qualifications

7-10 years of relevant business or compliance experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience with CMS Medicare regulations
Experience in managing compliance programs within the Medicare Advantage sector
Auditing experience on internal business areas and external vendors
