Overview Of Role:

The Line Cook will be responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards.--May be expected to work weekends and holidays. Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available.

Responsibilities:
--- Prepare the basic components of each dish on our menu
--- Memorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures
--- Ensure that the kitchen, food prep areas, and food storage areas meet cleaning standards
--- Work with a team of cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts when needed
--- Monitor product freshness and rotate out old products based on the restaurant's schedule
--- Run a Char Grill and check temperatures on steaks
--- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
--- High level of professionalism
--- Excellent verbal communication skills
--- Strong teamwork skills
--- Customer service ensures every guest has an outstanding experience


Education And Experience Required:
--- A minimum of one (1) year of ala carte, line cooking experience in a high-volume environment, is required
--- A high school diploma or GED, is preferred


Physical Requirements:
--- Ability to lift at least twenty-five (25) pounds
--- Ability to perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting, and grasping
--- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
