Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers regarding insurance inquiries and policy needs
Provide expertise on products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
Assist customers in filing claims and offer additional products as needed


Required Qualifications

A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training provided for those not licensed
Fluency in Spanish and English
Ability to work evening hours and weekends after training
