Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive patient referrals and establish the company as a leading provider of eating disorder treatment
Oversee team performance, track KPIs, and provide training and coaching to enhance skills and generate referrals
Manage a diverse team, including hiring, onboarding, and conducting performance reviews


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or patient acquisition roles
2+ years of experience leading a team with a focus on exceeding targets
