Key Responsibilities

Assist in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing SaaS agreements and other legal contracts
Conduct legal research on SaaS-specific regulations and support compliance efforts
Implement legal technology solutions and maintain legal templates and playbooks


Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a SaaS or tech company
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program
Familiarity with SaaS agreements and software licensing
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
