Key Responsibilities:

Execute global payroll operational duties and process full cycle payroll for domestic and international employees
Coordinate cross-functionally to design scalable processes and optimize payroll systems for efficiency
Perform payroll reconciliations, maintain documentation, and support audit requests related to payroll transactions


Required Qualifications:

Payroll operational experience in a high-growth tech company
Experience with ADP and other HRIS solutions, including system implementation and design
Experience in stakeholder and vendor management
Understanding of compensation policies and approval guidelines
