Key Responsibilities

Identify needs and develop solutions to enhance engagement, culture transformation, and retention
Contribute to business strategy by building organizational capabilities and processes for the Field workforce
Oversee performance management, talent development, total rewards, and talent acquisition processes


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of HR experience, preferably in technology companies
Experience in building People strategy and programs
Proven track record in driving diversity, motivation, and culture change
