A company is looking for a Fulfillment Resolution Analyst to perform member enrollment audits and ensure data accuracy in benefits administration tools.



Key Responsibilities

Complete audits in response to identified mismatches
Research and resolve root cause issues from Tier 1 staff
Work with carriers on member-level eligibility requests and make necessary corrections in the system


Required Qualifications

Current life and health insurance license preferred
Minimum 2 years of cumulative experience
Strong knowledge of D365 and Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables, Advanced Formulas)
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
