A company is looking for an AVP, Financial Services Actuary - Corporate Development.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead actuarial efforts for mergers & acquisitions, reinsurance strategies, and capital optimization
Conduct due diligence, valuation, and post-merger integration for corporate development projects
Develop financial models and forecasts to evaluate corporate initiatives and present findings to leadership


Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science or Mathematics
Fellowship credentialed actuary (FSA or equivalent) required
Typically, 10 or more years of actuarial experience in financial services or insurance
Experience managing and developing actuarial teams is preferred
