If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Compensation Strategies to join our Talent & Culture organization.Responsibilities: - Lead the compensation strategy, design and payout process for the Business Development (Sales & Alliances) organization
- Liaise with Business Development (Sales & Alliances) leaders to design all sales plans that meet business needs; own and execute sales plans and update as needed
- Analyze market compensation survey results and advise client group on competitive position, market trends and insights; provide complex market analyses, recommendations and solutions to compensation issues that arise during the year; develop strategic presentations for leadership
- Develop year-end compensation salary increase guidelines, analyze budget versus spend and offer guidance and insights around performance development and compensation processes
- Work with Finance and Accounting throughout the year to project variable compensation and determine variable compensation accruals for formulaic plans
- Collaborate with HR Business Advisors and leaders in client group to benchmark roles, advise on job description development, make recommendations on job levels and assess competitive pay levels
