Key Responsibilities

Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met regarding availability and response times

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems engineering and architecture
Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud architecture, design, and operations, specifically in AWS
