Job Summary:Provide prompt and efficient care to residents meeting their physical, mental, emotional, and social needs in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan. CNAs at Grace Health Center are responsible for assisting residents with all activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, ambulating, positioning, exercises, and communication.
