Will be responsible for reviewing financial data and key business KPIs and creating and maintaining financial models. Will provide financial analysis and forecasts to leadership in the organization, and updates on financials results vs. plan. Will perform financial and business due diligence on potential targets. Will assist in tracking integration efforts to ensure on plan. Will act as a key contributor in a complex and critical area of the business.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities - Support team throughout all phases of acquisition transaction process
- Review and diligence financials and key business KPI's of potential acquisitions
- Prepare financial models based on key KPI business drivers
- Present financial analysis and models to leadership
- Provides rationale behind models and analysis and relays them in simple terms
- Manage due diligence processes
- Manage integration processes
- Track acquisitions financial and operating results and compare vs. plan
- Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
