Accounting Clerk Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM (flexible schedule offered)
• Pay Rate: $22 - $24 per hour
• Location: Allentown, PA 18106
• Type: Temp to Hire Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform accounts payable and account receivable functions.
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Perform journal entries
  • Managing checks in and out
  • payroll experience
  • account payable and receivable Accounting Clerk
    • QuickBooks or various accounting software systems and Excel
    • Enters and pays invoices accurately; aware of due date and correctness of invoice
