  • Providing one-to-one care in the home
  • Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
  • Following the plan of care
  • Following all clinical and office policiesRequirements for -Home Care Aides (HCAs)
    • Successful completion of a formal certification training program and/or a written skills test and competency assessment
    • Must prove competencies in the 16 areas required under 28 PA. Code -611.5
    • PPD or Chest X-Ray
