High Real Estate Group (HREG) is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Accounting to provide leadership to the finance and accounting teams and oversee all accounting, controls, and financial analysis functions for the company. As a key member of the senior management team, the Vice President of Finance & Accounting will be responsible for managing operational performance and providing input into the strategic planning process. The Vice President of Finance & Accounting will also offer support for acquisition and development projects, including financial modeling, due diligence, and return calculations. The ideal candidate will align with and reinforce organizational core values and culture. The ability to provide information and advice for effective decision-making to achieve HREG growth objectives and drive the success of the organization are essential to the role.

Vice President of Finance & Accounting position qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field, required; An advanced degree (MBA) or certification (CPA or CMA), preferred
- A minimum of 10 (ten) years of progressive financial and accounting experience
- A minimum of 5 (five) years of experience providing leadership to a team and professionally developing others
- Proficiency with technology, required; Aptitude for utilizing and employing technology, strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Demonstrated community involvement, a plus
