As Tax Processors, you will:Review and Assembly of Tax Documents.
Verify required elements of tax documents, including matching of name, account number, Tax IDs, signature, etc.
Assembly of tax returns upon completion of verifying elements.
Preparing completed tax documents for mailing to appropriate taxing authorities.
Scanning documents using proprietary software program for incoming tax documentation.
Mail using a postage machine to weigh and post individual and multiple mailings.


Skills: Able to multi-task, work independently and in a team environment
Accurate data-review skills with attention to detail
Strong organizational, written and communication skills
Able to adapt to changing policies and procedures
Able to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
Strong focus on customer service
Flexible working overtime (including weekends) during peak seasons


The ideal candidate will have:Must have strong Customer Service abilities.
Have at least a HS Diploma or GED at the minimum.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $16 -$ 17.50/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
