--- Handling personal injury and wrongful death cases from intake through disbursement efficiently and effectively.
--- Conducting thorough investigations and discovery processes to enhance case value and expedite case resolution.
--- Conducting purposeful and assertive depositions.
--- Drafting and presenting motions at a high level of proficiency.
--- Researching legal matters, consulting experts, and preparing comprehensive memoranda and legal briefs.
--- Providing exceptional client care akin to treating clients as family.
--- Demonstrating leadership qualities and being a supportive team player.

Qualifications:
--- The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong civil litigation experience in handling personal injury and wrongful death cases for plaintiffs in South Carolina, with a preference for trial experience.
--- Proficiency in legal research and writing is a must.
--- Thorough understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence, as well as relevant case law.
--- Extensive experience required in taking depositions, drafting and responding to written discovery, preparing and presenting motions, and managing day-to-day case development.
