Responsibilities:
--- Conduct intake interviews with new clients to gather case details.
--- Coordinate with attorneys to develop case strategies and determine case direction.
--- Manage case documentation, including organizing files and maintaining case management software.
--- Assist in the preparation of demand letters and settlement packages.
--- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
--- Schedule and calendar important dates and deadlines.
--- Perform legal research and draft legal documents as required.
--- Provide administrative support for attorneys as needed.

Qualifications:
--- At least two years of experience working in personal injury law.
--- Strong knowledge of pre-litigation processes from intake, case management, and disbursement.
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
--- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
