The national sales and marketing Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions in a timely manner with qualified sales & marketing candidates.Your focus will be: To build a consistent robust pipeline of qualified candidates Sourcing, screening, interviewing & hiring sales and marketing representatives Partner with hiring managers in a variety of departments Building a strong local network consisting of entry-level and experienced professionals Planning and executing career networking events, job fairs, etc. Developing a recruitment action plan Maintaining accurate staffing reports Building a relationship with targeted colleges and universitiesHow do we invest in you?
