Responsibilities:
--- Act as an intermediary between your seller and the other buyer agents
--- Provide world-class customer service to our clients
--- Follow-up with clients to maintain exceptional customer service
--- Use active listing skills to help clients sell their existing home

Qualifications:
--- The successful candidate must have an active South Carolina Real Estate license or be in the process of obtaining one
--- Be willing to work on a full-time basis as a real estate agent
--- Demonstrate excellent people skills
--- Be a committed advocate for the client
--- Display strong written and verbal communication skills
--- Demonstrate a desire to continuously learn and grow
--- Show an ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
