Start your Voyage - Apply Now Profile Summary: The Product Adoption Manager is a dynamic, innovative and results-driven individual who will be responsible for driving utilization and uptake of the latest Health Plan product features by customers . The role involves developing migration strategies, product content, and operational readiness plans to ensure seamless product onboarding and value realization of Benefitfocus Health Plan solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is equal parts strategist, content developer, project manager and product evangelist with a proven ability to translate and communicate product features and their business value to a variety of audiences - external and internal. Profile Description:

  • Data-Driven Planning: Leverage product utilization data and analytics to identify opportunities and define customer migration plans for both legacy and new product functionality
  • Drive Feature Adoption: Create clear and concise content to promote and educate customers and internal teams on product features, through a variety of communications mediums, including webinars, video, product tours, etc.
  • Develop Documentation Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive strategy and standards for all product-related documentation, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with product goals.
  • Product Content Creation: Write and develop high-quality product documentation, including release notes, training materials, user guides, and online help systems, that are easy to understand for both technical and non-technical users.
  • Leverage Emerging Technologies: Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and advancements (ie AI) to optimize the documentation processes, allowing for scalable and easily maintainable product documentation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, UX/UI designers, and customer success teams to ensure documentation reflects the latest product updates, is aligned with overall product vision, and drives adoption and reinforces the value with customers/end-users.
  • Operational Readiness: Support pilot logistics (Alpha rollouts) for new features, as well as product training/documentation for internal teams to ensure consulting and implementation teams are well-versed in product solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure that all product documentation enhances the customer experience, providing accessible, user-friendly resources that aid in product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine documentation processes and standards to ensure they remain cutting-edge, efficient, and reflective of the evolving product. Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Marketing or Communications. Will also accept equivalent of Bachelor Degree through any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Required Experience:
    • Proven experience in product documentation, technical writing, or content strategy.
    • Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, customer-friendly content.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
    • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
    • Solid business acumen to understand business problems and communicate solution value.
    • Expertise working with cross functional teams including sales, customer success, user experience designers, and engineering teams in an Agile framework.
    • Strongly recommended from peers at all levels of organization. Strong Pluses:

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya may offer incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
