A company is looking for a Senior Applied Data Scientist to join their Message Detection - Attack Detection team.



Key Responsibilities

Analyze false negatives and positives to improve detection efficacy
Train models and develop detectors for specialized attacks using well-defined datasets
Monitor and enhance false negative rates and efficacy rates through feature engineering and ML modeling


Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in machine learning applications related to text understanding, NLP, or similar domains
Proficiency in SQL and pandas for data analytics and evaluation pipelines
Experience with Python and machine learning toolkits like numpy, sklearn, pytorch, and tensorflow
BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field
