Pay: $150k - $200k + bonus

Responsibilities

Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
Develop and oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are achieved
Implement and uphold quality control measures, conduct inspections, and address any issues
Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to address project challenges
Work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure project success
Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare regular progress reports, and communicate project status to all stakeholders



Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
Ten (10) + years' experience as a Commercial Project Manager
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
Familiarity with industry regulations and building codes
