The pre-construction manager manages the bids in a manner consistent with standards of quality and integrity and will participate in the marketing, estimating, bidding, and contract negotiation phases of the assigned projects.Responsibilities of Preconstruction Manager:* Provides leadership, guidance, and expertise by defining, implementing, and monitoring department estimating resources, guidelines, best practices, and procedures.* Project Manger Experience* Coordinates with a team and senior management to grow the business in line with the firm's strategic direction.* Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of submissions.* Establishes team assignments and identifies estimating review dates.* Oversees and provides support to several projects from an operational, financial, and resource standpoint.* Experienced in negotiation bids on new build projects.* Strong portfolio of previous work in the relevant sectors.* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.* Knowledge of different construction methods, planning, scheduling, and sequencing. -Benefits of Preconstruction Manager
