Growing Columbia commercial security service company is searching for Inside Sales Reps.



This position will navigate a prospective customer through a "predefined lead management process," and gather information to move to the proposal stage. This person will be responsible for identifying the customer's business needs and serve as an informational resource. The responsibility is to manage the process from 'contact to contract.'



Qualifications Required:

?2 yrs successful phone sales experience required

?Documented records of sales achievements in an inside/phone sales environment

?Professional demeanor

?Excellent phone skills and speech clarity

?Excellent communications skills

?Customer Service orientation

?Excellent follow-up skills

?Basic math skills

?Computer skills to include Salesforce.com or similar CRM programs

?Ability to advance in company





The client would prefer candidates with backgrounds in the following Industries of Particular Interest

?Burglar alarm companies, particularly ADT

?Uniform companies particularly Cintas

?Telecommunications
