• Cleans parking lots, garages, walkways, doorways and service court.25%
• Mows and trims lawns.15%
• Plants, fertilizes, prunes and sprays flowers, shrubs, trees and sod.15%
• Operates and maintains underground irrigation system.15%
• Performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs to Groundskeeping equipment.10%
• Reviews work accomplishments to ensure satisfactory results are achieved.10%
• Applies pesticides to ornamentals and turf10%
