  Job Details
  • Pediatric CVOR RN
  • Shift: Day shift Monday-Friday, preferably 4 10s. 0600-430p/630a-5p
  • Is on-call REQ, Yes. Call: End of shift to start of next day shift (overnight call). Weekend call. Either 24hr or 12hr.
  • Weekend REQ: No shifts, but call
  • Holiday requirements: Holiday call may be required. We have holiday pods but would likely need extra help for possible transplants
  • Years of experience REQ: minimum 2 years scrubbing and circulating complex heart cases
  • Experience Highly preferred: OR Pediatric Heart experience
  • First-time travelers accepted: Yes
  • License Required: SC or Multi-state RN license must be in hand at start of contract
  • Common Procedures/Surgeries Performed: We do all the big complex pediatric cardiac cases and transplants. Berlins, Norwoods, TGAs, Conduits, TETs, ECMOs
  • Comments: Must be willing to be assigned to other services if needed, but will be primarily cardiac
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs.
  • Locals accepted: Yes, on case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
  • Local radius: 60 miles.
  • RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs
  • Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Called off hours can be broken down to equal 1 shift.
    Job Requirements
    • Minimum 2 years scrubbing and circulating complex heart cases
    • SC or Multi-state RN license must be in hand at start of contract
    • BLS required for all clinical staff
    • Radiation badge required, to be provided by agency

          Additional Details
          • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
          • Copy of Driver's License Required
          • Copy of Social Security Card is required.
          • Qualivis: Please require if nurse is working on a compact license
