Responsibilities will be to assist lead attorney with research, writing of motions and pleadings, supporting attorneys with all discovery and trail preparation, with in the foreclosure. field.



Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years experience with foreclosure/real estate law and a Paralegal certificate is required.



Keys to success are excellent organization and communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook as well as a minimum typing speed of 65 wpm.
