Candidate will be responsible for preparing title commitments, closing protection letters, tax certifications, HUD fees to include settlement and title fees as well as other real estate related documents. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years? experience working for a Real Estate Title Company or an Underwriter. Candidate must possess a clear understanding of title insurance premiums and endorsements and be able to calculate premiums. Experience with settlement software, Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred.
