Responsibilities:
--- Serve as a liaison between sellers and buyer agents to ensure smooth transactions.
--- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
--- Follow up consistently to maintain client satisfaction and trust.
--- Use expert listing skills to help clients sell their homes quickly and profitably.
--- Conduct market research to provide accurate pricing recommendations.

Qualifications:
--- The successful candidate must have an active South Carolina Real Estate license or be in the process of obtaining one
--- Be willing to work on a full-time basis as a real estate agent

--- Be a committed advocate for the client
--- Display strong written and verbal communication skills
--- Demonstrate a desire to continuously learn and grow
