Restaurant Manager
Oversee the service and culture of the Restaurant. A passionate, creative and energetic leader who ensures a high-level guest experience by directing, implementing and maintaining service standards by motivating and guiding the team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and implement service standards to ensure a high-level guest experience
  
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve exceptional service
  
• Responsible for upkeep of the physical facilities including cleanliness, maintenance and organization
  
• Manage financial reports and analysis
  
• Maintain records of employee needs and responsibilities
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  
  • Intuitive ability to anticipate and understand guest and staff needs
    
  • Strong knowledge of food and its preparations and food/wine service
    
  • Excellent computer skills with full command of Upserve POS, OpenTable, IOS operating systems, MS Word, Excel and Google docs
    
  • Ability to maintain high standards, procedures and policies
    
  • Assist in planning and executing special events
