Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera's patient-focused settings.
*This position may be eligible for a $3,000 sign on bonus*

Position Highlights:
Student Loan Repayment: This Registered Nurse (RN) position may be eligible for -Avera's -Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from -Avera -will help pay down your principal balance faster.

Job Summary
Provides for the delivery of professional RN nursing care. Avera McKennan requires all nurses to practice in a competent level within the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.
Ability to work with our breast health multidisciplinary Team
Assist with in clinic procedures such as port removal and drain removals
Support of breast cancer patients through their breast cancer journey with surgical education and -coordination of care -
Support of High-Risk breast patients and non-cancer breast patients.
Be a part of Dr. Michelle Bryan care team -and our Comprehensive breast care clinic
Education and/or Experience
Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of
Multi-state licensure required.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota may be required depending on patient/job assignment.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. -
$26.25 - $39.25 per hour
