A company is looking for a part-time Premium Audit Coordinator to support field representatives and manage audit-related communications.



Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between Phone Audit Manager and Phone Auditors to facilitate workflow
Manage high call volume, averaging 8-12 calls per hour, to set up audit appointments
Correspond with policyholders and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for audits


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing responsibilities
