A company is looking for a Lead, Revenue Cycle Management Specialist to oversee the RCM teams and handle escalated issues.



Key Responsibilities

Mentor and provide oversight to offshore RCM team members
Handle escalated phone calls and resolve complex insurance payer disputes
Identify trends in billing inaccuracies and develop process improvements


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
Three (3) years of related work experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or customer service roles
Two (2) years of exact job experience in HME, Diabetic, or home medical supplies preferred
Experience in a Medicare-certified HME, IV, or HH environment is preferred
