Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of clinical managers to deliver mental health support
Monitor service delivery quality and partner with operations leadership to address escalations
Develop training opportunities and SOPs while fostering a connected community of clinicians


Required Qualifications

5+ years leading EAP clinical teams
Experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including solution-focused therapy
Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
