Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers to ensure invoice accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies
Educate customers on online invoice and payment options
Monitor outstanding balances and manage invoice preparation and reconciliation


Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
