Key Responsibilities: - Assess and prioritize daily tasks by managing tickets and time tracking through ServiceNow.
- Provide responsive support to distribution centers, corporate offices, and manufacturing facilities nationwide.
- Support and troubleshoot a variety of devices, including laptops, desktops, handheld barcode scanners, label printers, and proprietary technologies.
- Administer and maintain Windows-based operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, Active Directory, and O365.
- Offer local, hands-on support for corporate Tier 3 IT teams, assisting in issue resolution for diverse locations.
- Oversee computer refreshes and setups to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Document processes, create standard work procedures, and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Act as a local resource for Worldwide Service Desk projects, ensuring smooth execution and support.
- Participate in after-hours on-call support as needed.Desired Competencies:

- Degree in IT or a related field, or a minimum of 2 years of enterprise-level IT helpdesk support.
- Solid understanding of modern computer hardware, networking (wired and wireless), and peripheral devices like barcode scanners and printers.
- Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows 11, and MacOS operating systems.
- Experience configuring and maintaining laptops and desktops in enterprise environments is preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
