Key Responsibilities:

Lead captive reinsurance companies and optimize captive structure
Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and vendors
Oversee all insurance and reinsurance coverage purchases and risk transfer agreements


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
Experience managing captive insurance companies, preferably in healthcare or insurance
Minimum of 7 years in financial and risk management in a large corporate environment
Minimum of 3 years in a management role
