Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment process for GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Proactively source candidates through various channels and provide an exceptional candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and tailored recruiting strategies


Required Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at a tech startup or fast-growing company
Proven experience recruiting for GTM roles, with a strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success positions
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
A track record of successfully filling roles in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
