Description We are seeking a Healthcare Office Coordinator to ensure that all patients receive high quality, efficient care. Join our amazing team and apply now! What you will do in this role:

• Assist with all front office functions including patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones
• Handle patient complaints appropriately
• Develop guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness, and modifying activities as necessary
• Conduct regular staff meetings
• Manage filing and retrieving medical records and patient information
• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of patient charge entry into the billing system and assists with collecting and recording co-pays What Qualifications you will need:
  • Graduate from a recognized training facility for medical assistants is preferred
  • Course-work in healthcare office management is preferred
  • RMA, CMA, or LPN license is beneficial
