We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for the receipt and accounting of funds being paid to the organization. This role serves as an internal auditor, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed to account for the receipt of payment for goods and services completed by the organization.

*Responsibilities*
* Process and record incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner.
* Conduct credit analysis and account analysis to assess customer creditworthiness.
* Maintain up-to-date customer accounts, including tracking outstanding invoices and payments.
* Perform double entry bookkeeping to ensure accuracy in financial records.
* Process credits
* Manually enters purchase orders
* Communicate with sales department and customers
