Key Responsibilities

Develop automated processes for calculating CMS RAF scores using SQL or Python
Oversee the training and development of risk adjustment models and maintain RAF calculation processes
Analyze RAF build over time and collaborate with finance teams for forecasting


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Math, Economics, or related field
Three years of experience in healthcare financial management or population health
Three years of experience in risk adjustment in a Medicare Advantage environment
Three years of experience with SQL and/or Python
