Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate, draft, and review IP licensing and joint development agreements
Provide legal counsel to start-up companies in technology transactions
Collaborate with clients on products and technology in various sectors, including clean energy and medical devices


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in technology transactions
Prior experience with IP licensing and joint development agreements
Experience at an Am Law 200 corporate law firm or corporate legal department preferred
Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
