Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop contract-based Literacy Specialists
Provide targeted solutions for program retention challenges
Develop and maintain strong relationships with school partners and stakeholders


Required Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Education
3+ years of experience as a building or district-level administrator
3+ years of experience implementing literacy programs in an administrative role
Ability to work and travel 50% of the time across the United States
