Key Responsibilities

Master eSpark tools and deliver engaging & effective virtual teacher training
Tailor presentations, send session communications, log notes, and share updates with the Customer Success team
Collaborate with the Senior Professional Learning Coordinator to refine skills


Required Qualifications

1+ years in K-12 education (classroom experience preferred)
Experience with eSpark in classrooms (a plus, not required)
Empathy for teachers and alignment with the company's mission
A growth mindset and initiative in learning new skills
