A company is looking for a Temporary Commercial Contracts and Privacy Attorney.



Key Responsibilities

Negotiate and draft various commercial agreements, including sponsorship agreements, NDAs, event agreements, and professional services contracts
Advise on data privacy issues, including Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and TCPA compliance
Provide privacy expertise to support the consumer product team


Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in commercial contract negotiations
Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance
Experience with TCPA compliance
Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification More...
