Key Responsibilities

Develops and executes strategies to identify, source, and attract high-quality clinical candidates
Partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet organizational talent needs
Manages the full recruitment cycle while meeting defined metrics for quality, cost of hire, and time to fill


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

5+ years of experience sourcing and creating a pipeline of qualified candidates
5+ years of experience with full life cycle recruiting
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is desired
5+ years of experience in recruitment roles for healthcare positions such as Physical Therapists or Nurses
Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter More...
