Key Responsibilities

Supervise a team of Quality Improvement Associates to meet monthly audit performance metrics
Investigate exploitation of infrastructure tools to optimize productivity and performance
Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare reports and make recommendations


Required Qualifications

AA/AS - Associates Degree or equivalent required
One to two years managed care experience required
One to three years Supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of Managed Care and Health Insurance concepts and regulations
