A company is looking for a Senior Operational Excellence Specialist responsible for enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities

Analyze data to identify opportunities for service quality improvements and cost reductions
Support the development of a culture of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
Create and manage standard operating procedures to ensure sustainability of programs


Required Qualifications

A degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement initiatives
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as DMAIC and process mapping
Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma certification preferred
